Return policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including tags, if applicable).
  • Returns for used, damaged, or modified items will not be accepted, unless the damage occurred during shipping.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team via email at support@yunclothes.com to request a return. Include your order number, the item name, and the reason for the return.
  2. We will respond within 24–48 business hours with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for packing and shipping the item back.
  3. Label your return package with the RA number (this helps us process your request faster).

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for covering return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we are not liable for lost or missing return packages.

4. Refund and Exchange Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 3–5 business days of delivery to our address), we will process your refund or exchange.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account (depending on your bank or payment provider).
  • For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you for free once the returned item is approved.
