Shipping policy
1. Delivery Area
We currently only ship orders to addresses within the United States. International shipping (outside the US) is not available at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
- After you place an order, we will process it within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Processing time does not include shipping time. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email within 24 hours of your order.
3. Shipping Costs and Methods
- Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and the total weight of your order. The exact cost will be shown at checkout before you complete payment.
- We use standard shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS) for most orders. Delivery time typically ranges from 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number to the email address you provided.
- You can use this tracking number to check your order’s delivery status on the carrier’s official website.
5. Shipping Address Notes
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete (including apartment numbers, if applicable). We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
